Hosting your gluten-free Thanksgiving party is easier than you think!  There are a few simple things to think about when planning your party that can make it easy for you to cook and tasty for everyone involved!
First remember that guests may have a variety of food allergies and while you may not be able to accommodate all of them there could be easy ways to help such as basting your turkey in olive oil and not butter for dairy-free diners.  A simple way of making a tasty gravy is to use the turkey parts and thicken it with cornstarch instead of flour.  It will be just as good and gluten-free.
There are some great boxed corn bread and stuffing recipes but if you want to make your own, you can use gluten-free bread and make sure to leave out any sauces (such as soy) that may have hidden gluten.
For dessert there is a good variety of gluten-free pie crust you can buy at the store or you can do it yourself with gluten-free crushed gingerbread cookies used in place of graham crackers for a nice crust.  Continue with traditional recipes for the filling for pumpkin or pecan pie.
